Meagan Monique Good was born August 8th, 1981 in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle her mother who was her manager during her teens. Her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. She began acting at 4 years old after being raised at home in Canyon Country with her siblings. When she was in the beginning stages of her career, she performed as an extra on shows such as Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. When she was 13, she starred in her debut film"Friday. In 1997, she gained attention for her character in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste an unruly teenager. Her debut N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nominee. Good performed small film roles as well as television roles in the past few years, before changing roles to become more mature. In Nickelodeon's Cousin Sceeter series, she played Nina. From 1998 to 2001, she starred as Nina on Nickelodeon's TV show Cousinskelter. In addition, she landed minor roles in the films House Party Down to the final Minute as well as 3 Strikes. She played the role of Vanessa Scott in the sitcom My Wife and Kids in 2003. She was nominated as Best Actress for the Black Movie Awards in 2005 for her part on D.E.B.S (2004) The film was an action-comedy film. In the following years, she was in films including You Got Serve The Cookout Venom, Venom Missed Call Waist, and The Love Guru. While in both T.V. in films, she portrayed Mya In Think Like a Man with an ensemble of stars and also Ms. Stevens as Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Her birthplace is Texas Killmer was one of the students at Baylor University in Waco Texas in which she earned the B.F.A. The degree for performing arts was awarded in 2010. The actress began her screen career in 2010 on the web series If Can Dream. After starring in numerous local theater productions Kara Killmer made her on-screen debut in 2010 on the first part of the Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream. The reality show revolved around the performers who moved into an Hollywood California house.
